Perfecy draw with just right amount of resistance and straight as an arrow burn line through most of the first third. Needed a touch up in the 2nd third.
Cold draw baking spices, pepper and sweet tobacco.
1st Third : earth, coffee, subtle pepper, slight saltiness on the tongue when i take a draw. Retrohale reveals pepper and citrus.
2nd Third : Not much change but that’s not a bad thing as i am really enjoying it as is.
Final Third : Flavours just intensify.
Bunratty Irish Whiskey
Blend of malt and grain whiskeys utilizing peated malt. Aged in bourbon, oloroso sherry and virgin oak barrels.

Nose : Jam like fruits, vanilla fudge, hint of smoke
Palate : Vanilla , dark fruit, you can taste a sort of cereal grain and the finish is slightly spice and smoky.
These pair very well together with the sweetness of the whiskey contrasting the slightly bitter earthiness of the cigar.
